Sand filter system SFP PRO 6813 - a robust sand filter pool pump for summer bathing fun in crystal-clear water
A good pool pump is essential for undisturbed cooling in the garden pool. A pool filter not only protects against algae and dirt particles, but also against bacteria, viruses and fungal infestation. The swimming pool pump with sand filter is the best solution for this and works very simply. The pump conveys the water into the filter vessel, which contains quartz sand as filter material. This filter sand purifies the water and the pool pump pumps the clear water back into the pool. Compared to a pool pump with filter cartridge, a sand filter pump offers a much higher cleaning performance, the water becomes cleaner. In addition, the maintenance effort and costs for the filter material are much lower.
The SFP Pro 6813 sand filter pump is IPX-7 protected, has a pumping capacity of 8000 L/h and a filter capacity of 6813 L/h. It is ideally suited for pools with a pool capacity of up to 30 m³. The pool pump is powered by 230 V electricity and the motor delivers 350 watts of power. The filter vessel offers a filter area of 580 cm² and is filled with quartz sand (not included) with a grain size of 0.4-0.8 mm. A filling with quartz sand is enough for the whole season. Both 32 mm and 38 mm pool hoses can be attached to the pool pump, 3 hoses with a diameter of 32 mm are included. A pre-filter for coarse dirt is also installed.
The sand filter system is controlled via the 6-way valve. The 6 settings are:
• Filtering (water flows through the sand filter, is cleaned and returned to the pool)
• Recirculation (water is only circulated, not filtered and returned to the pool)
• Backwash (water flows backwards through the filter, cleans the filter material and is discharged into the garden through the spout)
• Rinsing (after backwashing, rinsing is done so that the filter sand can settle again, water flows normally through the sand filter, but is discharged into the garden through the spout)
• Drain (water drains from the pool directly through the spout)
• Closed (all openings are closed, the water cannot flow in any direction). IMPORTANT: only change the 6-way valve when the pump has been disconnected from the power! For safety reasons, there is no on or off switch, instead the plug must be pulled out of the mains socket.
Furthermore, the swimming pool pump has a pressure gauge that shows the pressure inside the pump. The green area shows that the sand filter is clean and has optimal filter performance. If the pressure indicator rises into the yellow/red area, the filter material must be cleaned by backwashing, after which the indicator will sink back into the green area.

Apart from the quartz sand, the scope of delivery includes everything you need to put the sand filter system into operation. Three 32mm hoses for connection to the pool are also included.
6 Way Valve
The special multi-function valve allows easy handling and control with all important functions: filtering, recirculating, backwashing, flushing, draining, and closed.
Pressure Gauge
Displays the current pressure in the sand filter and the associated degree of contamination of the filter material. This will help you identify when the filter needs to be backwashed.
Hose connection adapter
Thanks to the transparent hose connections, you can see when the water becomes clear again and the sand filter has been sufficiently cleaned.
